The Order of the Western Dawn was conceived by a group of creative minds across different fields of profession, research, and craft. Arising from an observed need for ways of circulating knowledge and art that are contributory rather than extractive, and fluid rather than dogmatic.
The circle of collaborators is intentionally open and will expand over time, gradually revealing the creators, thinkers, and practitioners who shape the work.
The Order is guided by enduring questions such as:
- How can contemporary culture be re-bridged with nature in ways that honour whole systems, cycles, and interdependence?
- How can utopia be brought down from abstraction and into inhabited ways of living?
